  Man at driveway window very rude and glares at you if you have a coupon.....He made me nervous...I cancelled my order and went elsewhere..

  The food I ordered was delicious, prepared properly, and hot. The issue was clearly in the service. It took over 25 minutes to be served. There was no sense of urgency from the staff as customers built up. It appeared they made each order one at a time as over 10 receipts were lined up on the counter. Two customers actually left before they got their order (they paid already as well). The place was clean, food was good, but service was terrible! Only go here if you have an hour or more to spare.
  Update: The general manager made contact and informed me the crew was fairly new and never experienced a Friday night like that. He hopes to use the night as a teachable moment. I will return in the further I hopes the service has improved.
